I know we all quote anecdotal evidence but is there a detailed (generational) study or data you can quote that actually shows improvement in quality of living, earning potential and wealth creation in lower income communities are linked or connected to access to the internet.

I am just thinking as an obtuse civil servant — yes I can see your point but do you have a study (ideally by the World bank or the IFC) that shows the relationship between poverty alleviation and internet access.

Just thinking of all the stuff I would look at to hit my audience with stuff that they actually care about
